“The human body is nothing more than an interdependent matrix system that communicates with and amongst itself all day long through electronically charged molecules-you are an ever evolving and fluctuating organism that is self-regulating and supercompensating-you are nothing more than a bio-electrical field that is hell bent on one function---SURVIVAL!”

Buddy Morris, aka Coach X.

Big thanks to Landon Evans for this one.

"Why don't you try getting jacked off under the table in front of the whole damn family and have some real problems, jackass. Hey, what were they like anyway? They looked pretty good, are they real? Are they built for speed or comfort? What'd you do with them? Motorboat? You play the motorboat? You motorboatin son of a bitch! You old sailor you! Where is she? She still in the house?"

"We're dicks! We're reckless, arrogant, stupid dicks. And the Film Actors Guild are pussies. And Kim Jong Il is an asshole. Pussies don't like dicks, because pussies get fucked by dicks. But dicks also fuck assholes: assholes that just want to shit on everything. Pussies may think they can deal with assholes their way. But the only thing that can fuck an asshole is a dick, with some balls. The problem with dicks is: they fuck too much or fuck when it isn't appropriate - and it takes a pussy to show them that. But sometimes, pussies can be so full of shit that they become assholes themselves... because pussies are an inch and half away from ass holes. I don't know much about this crazy, crazy world, but I do know this: If you don't let us fuck this asshole, we're going to have our dicks and pussies all covered in shit!"

Dearest All,

The "Best Of" voting is up in Pleasanton, California. If you don't mind filling out the brief survey, it would be awsome. Being the "Best Of" is always way cool! Vote for Best Gym: Re-active Gym in Pleasanton and Best Personal Trainer: Jesse Burdick or Paul Southern or Harry Selkow if you want. You have to write it in the pull down box. You also have to vote in three other categories to make it count,so make something up from those pull down boxes. Please pass this on to all your friends and mailing lists.

Don’t forget to vote Re-Active Gym Reader’s Choice on the Pleasanton Weekly site. Have your wife vote too. And all of your relatives.

Pimp yourself out here!

Thanks!

Wow! You have to give them credit, they worked hard on making that waaaay more complicated than it needs to be by writing in circles and using too many prepositions. I made it through the first few pages and then had to shift to skimming mode. I wonder what the drafts looked like before the editors got a hold of them.

JK!,

It seems that most overseas manuals are similar, must be the translations. I suggest this. and/or this. Worked for me!

HAHA @ the hooked on phonics. That’s a good one.

My wife came home last night from studying for boards and with the most serious look on her face announced "I've learned one thing today. British veterinarians can't fucking write.”

I couldn't help myself, I burst out laughing.
