I had a protein shake before the salad, and I had chicken on mine! I've just had sooooo much greasy fast food being homeless lately, I needed something light.

Went to the gym over lunch to be helpful.

Walked for 15 minutes on an incline.

Held boards.

Watched SMR almost decapitate himself trying to press/rack 6 plates. It was exciting!
