Hey Hoss, I'm Tyler, I have a question how often or at all do you go for a max pull on maybe a DE squat/dead day, I know it looks like you went for a big pull on your last post is it a semi-normal occurance? thanks

DE squats

Squats against Blue bands and Medium blue band doubled with a chain (some crazy set up Mark figured out, I think he was trying to reinjury me)

150x3
150x3
240x2
240x2
330x2
add briefs
330x1
add suit bottoms
420x2
510x2x5sets

GHR x 4 sets
abs 3 sets

First time in 3 plus weeks that I have had a heavy load on my back. Felt solid. Technique was shitty as I am not used to the gear.

Interesting. So do you find that the independent work of the single ply briefs and suit would give you some different work than simply wearing double ply suit bottoms?

Thanks, knee feels ok. I think 635 would have gone, but who wants to add a dime and nickle instead of a plate or quater. :-)

You made the 605 look easy, but I didn't see any blood so I don't think you were done.

The true Hoss way would be to miss 420, go up anyway, and nail it. You took 420 again.
