How do you do one leg reverse hypers? Do you have to use that red one that you guys have there? I cant do it with the one we have.

Scott, are you getting a lot from them one leg at a time? I tried them one legged with my reverse hyper and felt like I was just twisting the crap out of my lower back. I might have been doing something wrong though.

gonna be in a training course for work all week, will be a miracle if I can find a place to train. Its in SF, but the class will run very late. I am expecting to train at a 24hr or something. Prolly good break for my broken knee.

Hoss, there is a really good mens only gym on the corner of Market and Castro. It's called Gym SF. I think you would fit in really well there. Lots of comraderie.
