I was reading an article on elitefts.com about the caveman diet. Has anyone ever tried this and if so did they make any gains. I screwing around with different nutrition ideas right now trying to put on weight steadily, yet this caveman diet seems more like a weight loss diet. Just wondering?

Thats being popularized again by Harry Selkow who works with me. He had ALL his clients and athletes do it and they saw some incredible body comp changes. I cant speak to their performances under the bar but know for sure that everyone was happy with the results and happy to be done with it at the same time.
