Jesse Burdick has spent the last decade working as an NSCS Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He also went on to receive certification as a Licensed Massage Therapist, as well as Active Release Techniques Level II certification.
Jesse has been able to further broaden his clientele, and continue to help them through therapeutic practices. As a result of Jesse's commitment to his clients and devotion to continually furthering his education, many of them have been working with him from the beginning.
Today his clientele ranges from retirees to triathletes and even a collegiate women's basketball team. Jesse's ever evolving knowledge of human anatomy and of the constantly progressing fitness industry enables him to custom tailor programs for clients looking to shed a few pounds or athletes preparing for competition. Jesse himself was an NCAA Division I baseball player and has also competed at the semi-pro level in Canada, Upstate New York, and here in California. Currently Jesse competes as an Elite level powerlifter and amateur strongman.
As an athlete some of the most influential people in his life have always been his coaches, so, it is his goal now to "pay it forward" and be the kind of coach his clients can look to and count on for guidance in their training and also in life.It is a rarity to find someone so passionate about their profession. Jesse's love of health and fitness is truly contagious.

Previous Injury - Customized stretching, exercise, therapy plan* for handling previous injuries that seem to resurge during meet prep, and to prevent them from becoming aggravated during training or re-injured.
New Injury - Customized stretching, exercise, therapy plan* for rehabbing new injuries during the off-season and get you back under the bar as quickly as is possible. Moving into meet prep to ensure that you are at best possible performance level during your meet prep training cycle.
Never been injured & don’t want to start now – Customized stretching, exercise, therapy (as needed) program to include proper warm-up and give you the best possible chance to avoid injury during in-season/off-season training.

*The therapy plan will assist you in finding competent therapist and then guiding both of you through through appropriate, sport-specific treatment.
Nutrition Planning Add-on
Jesse will help you develop and monitor a nutrition and supplement plan specific to promoting faster recovery.
Initial questionnaire and 5 day food/supplement journal required, as well as weekly logs (can be maintained on www.prevailfitness.com forum) so that modifications can be made as necessary.
Off-season training Training blocks designed to keep you focused during longer breaks between meets and put you in the best position leading up to your meet prep training cycle. Eight-, 12- and 16-week plans available.
Set goals for improving PRs on any of the 3 lifts, address weaknesses in the lifts through proper accessory work, training for equipped lifts.

Nutrition Planning Add-on
Off-season diet plan based on nutritional/medical needs.Customized based on desire to maintain weight between meets, drop down or move up a weight class, or serious gaining if you just want to be a chubby beast like Mark.
