A written, six week, meet prep training program consisting of two three-week blocks designed by Mark for you plus guidance through the final deload week (Week 7) leading up to the meet.
Personal consultation with Mark throughout the 7 week period. He will be available to you by phone, text, email, private message, facebook, or whatever works best for you.
Consultation will include adjustments your program based on each session's results, indepth feedback on your training log and videos of your lifting, advice on lifting gear, nutrition (including making weight), opener and attempt selection, and how to develop a winning mindset.
