Here's Rob's Bio...
I have been training and competing for the last 18 years or so. During this run I have set 16 All-Time World Record. I held the 220 record 832 for about 1 1/2 years (before Frankl decided to destroy it). I currently hold the 242 (905) and 275 (947) records as well. I am a two-time Arnold Classic Heavyweight Class winner, Mendy Classic winner, and have competed all over the United States and was fortunate to get the opportunity to compete in the Ukraine. I have competed in the USPF, NASA, USAPL, SLP, APF, UPA, WPO and a few others that are no longer in existence.  


I have been fortunate to train with my long time mentor Bill Carpenter, Jeremy Frey, Big Iron Gym, Matt Kroc's Crew, George Halbert, and many other greats in the sport. I gained a lot of knowledge training with these guys. Jeff McVicar, Vincent Dizenzo, Paul Key, Bill Crawford, Sebastian Burns, and the King, Ryan Kennelly, have also helped me out a great deal with my own training.
